Product Notice

Blessed Boxes is a Christian faith-based shop offering mystery scoop orders, curated Blessed Boxes, faith items, jewelry, accessories, Bible study items, stationery, beauty items, gifts with purchase, and limited-time specials.

Because many of our products are mystery-style, curated, limited quantity, or surprise-based, product availability, colors, styles, scriptures, charms, accessories, themes, and exact item combinations may vary.

Photos, videos, social media posts, product examples, and previous customer orders are for general representation only and do not guarantee the exact contents of any order.

Mystery Order Notice

By purchasing a mystery scoop order or Blessed Box, you understand that the final item selection is chosen by Blessed Boxes.

Customer notes, color requests, themes, or preferences may be considered, but they are not guaranteed.

Duplicate items may occur in mystery-style orders. Gift with purchase items are available only while supplies last.

Cancellation, Return, and Refund Notice

Blessed Boxes accepts cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, all sales are final.

Blessed Boxes does not accept returns or exchanges unless we choose to approve an exception.

Refunds are not issued for change of mind, duplicate mystery items, personal preferences, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, packages marked delivered by the carrier, sale items, promotional items, or gifts with purchase.

Damaged Item Notice

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us and send a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging.

Once reviewed and approved, Blessed Boxes will replace the damaged item at no charge.

Refunds are not issued for damaged items. Approved damaged items will be replaced.

Damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.

Shipping Notice

Customers are responsible for entering the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost to resend the order.

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, shipping and delivery handling are outside of our direct control. Blessed Boxes is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, holiday delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.
