Blessed Boxes offers mystery-style and curated orders. By purchasing from us, you understand and agree that:

Exact items are not guaranteed.
Colors, styles, scriptures, themes, charms, jewelry, accessories, and product types may vary.
Customer notes and preferences may be considered, but they are not guaranteed.
Duplicate items may happen in mystery-style orders.
Gift with purchase items are available only while supplies last.
Videos, photos, social media posts, and examples do not guarantee the exact items in your order.

We do our best to make every order thoughtful, beautiful, and meaningful, but the nature of a mystery-style order means the final assortment is chosen by Blessed Boxes.

3. Product Information

We do our best to describe and display our products accurately. However, colors and details may appear differently due to lighting, photography, screen settings, inventory changes, and natural product differences.

Blessed Boxes reserves the right to correct product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, or errors at any time.

4. Pricing and Promotions

Prices, discounts, limited-time specials, gifts with purchase, and promotional offers may change at any time without notice.

Promotions cannot be applied to previous orders unless Blessed Boxes chooses to make an exception.

Only one discount, coupon, or special may apply per order unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations

We accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, orders begin moving into processing, packing, and fulfillment. Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, all sales are final.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because Blessed Boxes offers mystery scoop orders, curated faith-based items, limited-time specials, and surprise products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

After the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, all sales are final.

Refunds are not offered for:

Change of mind
Duplicate items in mystery-style orders
Color, style, or theme preferences not guaranteed
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout
Packages marked delivered by the carrier
Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages after delivery
Sale items, promotional items, or gifts with purchase

7. Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us and send a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging.

Once reviewed and approved, we will replace the damaged item at no charge.

We do not issue refunds for damaged items. Approved damaged items will be replaced.

Damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery so we can properly review and resolve the issue.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Blessed Boxes is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or undeliverable packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for paying the additional shipping cost to resend the order.

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, shipping times and delivery handling are outside of our direct control. Blessed Boxes is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, holiday delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.

9. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order. Blessed Boxes reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including inventory issues, payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, misuse of promotions, or inappropriate customer behavior.

If Blessed Boxes cancels an order before fulfillment, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method when possible.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.

Blessed Boxes is not responsible for delays, returned packages, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information.

11. Faith-Based Content

Blessed Boxes is a Christian faith-based business. Orders may include Bible verses, Christian symbols, prayer-based themes, faith-based wording, devotion-style items, and inspirational products.

By purchasing from our store, you understand that faith-based items may be included in your order.
