Cancellations

We accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, orders begin moving into processing, packing, and fulfillment. Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, all sales are final.

To request a cancellation within 24 hours, please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number.

Returns and Refunds

Because Blessed Boxes offers mystery scoop orders, curated faith-based items, limited-time specials, and surprise products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

After the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, all sales are final.

Refunds are not offered for:

Change of mind
Duplicate items in mystery-style orders
Color, style, or theme preferences not guaranteed
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout
Packages marked delivered by the carrier
Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages after delivery
Sale items, promotional items, or gifts with purchase

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us and send a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging.

Once reviewed and approved, we will replace the damaged item at no charge.

We do not issue refunds for damaged items. Approved damaged items will be replaced.

Damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery so we can properly review and resolve the issue.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Blessed Boxes is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages.

If the package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost to resend the order.

Final Sale Notice

By placing an order with Blessed Boxes, you agree to our cancellation, return, refund, replacement, and shipping policies. After 24 hours from purchase, all sales are final.
