Processing Time
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Because Blessed Boxes offers mystery scoop orders, curated items, limited-time specials, and gifts with purchase, processing times may vary depending on order volume, promotions, product availability, holidays, and restocks.
Typical processing time is 5 to 10 business days, unless otherwise stated on our website or during a specific promotion.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Rate
Blessed Boxes offers flat rate shipping for $8.99.
This shipping rate will be applied at checkout unless a free shipping offer, discounted shipping offer, or promotional shipping special is available.
Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates only. Blessed Boxes cannot guarantee an exact delivery date once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier.
Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather delays, holidays, high-volume shipping seasons, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout.
Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking information.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
Blessed Boxes is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or undeliverable packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost to resend the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, shipping and delivery handling are outside of our direct control.
Blessed Boxes is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your mailbox, front porch, side door, apartment office, neighbors, household members, or local carrier office.
Damaged Items Upon Arrival
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us and send a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging.
Once reviewed and approved, Blessed Boxes will replace the damaged item at no charge.
Refunds are not issued for damaged items. Approved damaged items will be replaced.
Damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery so we can properly review and resolve the issue.
Final Shipping Notice
By placing an order with Blessed Boxes, you agree to our shipping and delivery policy. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and Blessed Boxes is not responsible for carrier delays or address errors after checkout.
